Calabasas budget snafu blamed on accounting

The mystery of the missing $3 million in Calabasas has been solved––at least that’s what interim finance director Bill Yeomans told the city council in a recent memo.
Calabasas Mayor Pro Tem Michael Harrison charged several weeks ago that the funds couldn’t be accounted for, but according to Yeomans, the money either has been spent or is about to be spent on items approved by the council.
