Calabasas announces school bus incentive program

To reduce school area traffic congestion and mitigate traffic, the city of Calabasas is offering a bus incentive program to encourage students of Lupin Hill Elementary School and Calabasas High School to ride the bus.

Ridership goals are to register 168 elementary school students and 500 high school students to ride buses.

In addition, the school bus route will allow students living outside of Calabasas to get on the bus at an existing bus stop.

Incentives will be given to the Parent Faculty Clubs.

Bus-riding students may receive two movie tickets or Barnes and Noble gift cards to be raffled weekly throughout the semester.
