Q. What constitutes final pay?
A. Final pay includes unpaid wages (whether hourly or salary), overtime pay, commissions, guaranteed bonuses and accrued vacation pay not yet taken.
Final pay does not include sick pay unless sick pay is part of a "Paid Time Off" policy. In that case, all accrued paid time off must be paid upon termination.
