Boys, girls have plenty to do in summer

Youth interested in learning a variety of sports this summer can register for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Conejo Valley’s sports camps.

Street Hockey Camp will run from 9 a.m. to noon July 30 through Aug. 3 at the Johnston Club, 1450 E. Hillcrest Drive.

The camp is for youth in grades one through eight. The fee is $125.

Basketball Camp will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. from July 16 through 20 at the Johnston and Anderson clubs as well as from July 23 through 27 at the Morton Boys & Girls Club, 2855 Borchard Way, Newbury Park.

Basketball Camp is for kinds in grades one through nine. The fee is $180 per week.

Soccer Camp will be held from 9 a.m. to noon Aug. 6 through 10 at the Anderson Club. The cost is $120.

Financial assistance is available to those in need.
