Tony Sparks, 65, says becoming a dad for the second time at the age of 43 changed his life in ways he never imagined. With a baby on the way, he found a new focus and was determined to make sure the child would never want for anything.
“I didn’t grow up until 21 years ago,” said Sparks, who had his first child when he was just a teenager. “Even unborn, she was a blessing.”
As the delivery date approached, he hoped for only one thing: a girl with blue eyes.
