Baby owls plucked from danger at local golf course

Two baby barn owls found in Agoura Hills are alive today thanks to the rescue efforts of a golf course greens keeper and the California Wildlife Center.
Arnold Quintanilla and his crew at Lindero Country Club were cutting down a dead tree at the club’s driving range in late February when they noticed a nest in some of the tree’s branches.
Lindero Country Club spokeswoman Jacqueline Page explained what happened.
