Attorneys inclined to stay put



Attorneys aren’t inclined to become the boss, at least not of their own law firms.
In a recent nationwide poll, 84 percent of lawyers said that even if they had the necessary funds, they would not start their own practice.
These results represent an increase from a similar poll conducted in 1997, when 78 percent of lawyers said they wouldn’t open their own law office.
