The Calabasas City Library will be closed for Christmas from Fri. to Sun., Dec. 24 through 26.
Library hours on New Year’s Eve, Fri., Dec. 31 will be from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The library is always closed Mondays.

In-person story times will be 10:30 a.m. Fri., Dec. 10 and 17 outside on the covered patio, 200 Civic Center Way. Directional signs will be placed in the front of the library. Follow the librarians’ directions before and during the story time.
Online story times continue at 7 p.m. Tues., Dec. 7 and 14 on the library’s Facebook, Twitter and YouTube pages.
The Writers’ Corner Club for students in grades three through seven will be at 3:30 p.m. Sat., Dec. 4 on Zoom. The club is hosted by library staff and run by high school students. No experience in creative writing is necessary; the club is for fun. To participate and receive the Zoom meeting information, parents need to send their child’s name, school and grade to Karilyn Steward at email@example.com.
Study Buddies tutoring for students will be held by appointment Tues., Dec. 7 on Zoom Times are available every half hour from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Sign up is required. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to make appointments. Tutoring is done by Advanced Placement and Honors high school students.
