At-risk youth complete L.A. County program
L.A. County Sheriff Lee Baca recently awarded diplomas to at-risk teenagers who completed the Vital Intervention and Directional Alternatives (V.I.D.A.) program. The program is specifically designed to reach at-risk youth by utilizing proactive, innovative techniques for positive redirection.
