Ask cities to do more for schools

I am proud to live in Calabasas where the City Council continues to find creative ways to keep education at the top of its priority list. They have proposed to continue funding the PFC/PFAs in Calabasas with the generous amount of $250,000.
Even more significant for the school district is that Calabasas has proposed funding an additional $240,000 directly to Las Virgenes Unified School District for a total of $490,000 next year.
