Agoura High School leads all competitors with six finalists in the 2021 Reflections art and music competition.

AHS had more finalists than any other high school in a region that includes eight other school districts.

Each year more than 10,000 student entries into the artistic competition are received statewide.

This year was the first time in over 50 years of the PTA’s National Reflections contest that all entries were submitted electronically due to the pandemic.

The theme for the competition was “I Matter Because . . .”

The AHS finalists are:

Alexandria Paris Williams: Award of Excellence for musical composition. Ultimately an Award of Merit at the California state level.

Jack Paris Williams: Award of Merit for musical composition.

Anne Vincent: Honorable Mention for musical composition.

Christy Knabe: Award of Merit for visual art.

Scarlett Granof: Honorable Mention for visual art.

Dylan Keeffe: Award of Merit for film production.

Reflections is a PTA sponsored, national arts competition where students may submit original works in film, literature, visual art, music composition, photography and dance choreography.
