An arrest warrant has been issued for the co-owner of Borderline Bar and Grill, the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office said Friday.

Newbury Park resident Brian Hynes, whose bar was the scene of a mass shooting in 2018, is accused of taking $43,000 from the Rotary Club of Westlake Village that was intended to cover expenses for the club’s 2020 OakHeart Country Music Festival, which had to be canceled due to COVID.
