As pandemic-related financial hardship continues across Southern California, Clean Power Alliance will extend its COVID-19 Relief Program.
The alliance is a public agency made up of 32 local governments across Los Angeles and Ventura counties—including Calabasas, Agoura Hills and Westlake Village— working together to bring clean, renewable power choices to residents.
