Though some beautiful flowers may only last a few weeks, the benefits of gardening can last a lifetime.
"Many everyday activities, especially gardening, can serve as an excellent form of joint-healthy exercise," said Dr. James Rippe, associate professor at Tufts University School of Medicine.
