Museum has event at new location

Some five decades after the Jungleland animal park closed in Thousand Oaks, a new menagerie has moved in. Penguins, elephants, turtles and rabbits—even a swan inspired by a Jungleland boat ride—are part of a new exhibit at the California Museum of Art Thousand Oaks, which has migrated from a spot near Civic Arts Plaza to its new home at The Oaks mall, 350 W. Hillcrest Drive, Thousand Oaks.
