Neon Park, who designed the covers for nearly every Little Feat album, succumbed to amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS or Lou Gehrig’s disease) in 1993 at the age of 53, only a year after being diagnosed with the progressive, fatal neuromuscular disease.

On the musical scene since 1969, Little Feat is known for its fusion of California rock and Dixie-inflected funk-boogie. The Dirty Knobs feature musicians who have toured with Tom Petty, Don Henley and others.
