Agoura Hills office building is sold

Following its recent consolidation to Camarillo, Electronic Clearing House, Inc. (ECHO) has sold a three-story office building it formerly occupied in Agoura Hills to principals of FDSI Logistics, which will be relocating their headquarters from Encino. They plan a fall occupancy of the 14,306-sq.- ft. building at 28001 Dorothy Drive, Agoura Hills. About 30 people will be employed at the site.

FDSI Logistics is "one of the largest non-asset-based third-party providers serving the global market by providing cost reduction programs in all modes of transportation, along with value-added services to its clients." The company was founded in 1985 by Marvin Landon, the company’s chief executive officer and president.

Michael Foxworthy of GVA Daum’s Camarillo-based Ventura County office represented ECHO. The purchase price was not disclosed. Foxworthy said the sale is part of a strategic plan for ECHO to unify its area facilities. He is subleasing additional space for the company in Agoura Hills.
