Agoura Hills man pleads not guilty to indictments

Robert A. Grant, a retired orthopedic surgeon living in Agoura Hills, pleaded not guilty to a 23-count indictment charging conspiracy, bankruptcy fraud and money laundering.
A federal grand jury in Los Angeles handed down the indictment on Aug. 1. Grant, who was arrested by IRS Special Agents on July 19, remains in custody pending trial, which is set for Sept. 24.
