Agoura Hills Council discusses how
to allocate affordable housing funds

Agoura Hills will begin shelling out more than $2 million toward affordable housing in the city, but the money won’t be used to build actual low-income units.
More than likely, the money will help rehabilitate older homes and assist first-time buyers and other low-income residents with mortgage financing, city officials said.
Assistance also will be given to seniors.
