Agoura High grad makes good in San Diego

Lorie Roseff Zapf, who graded from Agoura High School in 1976, was elected Nov. 2 to a four-year term on the San Diego City Council.
Zapf lived in Hidden Hills with Marc and Alice Stelle during her high school years. The Stelles were instrumental in founding the Las Virgenes Unified School District and the Las Virgenes Municipal Water District.
Alice Stelle administered the oath of office to Zapf at the council swearing-in ceremony Dec. 6.
