Agencies complete 325-acre Triangle Ranch open space purchase

Officials have announced that a 325-acre Santa Monica Mountains property once earmarked for the construction of luxury homes will be saved as permanent open space, a move cheered by local and state conservationists who feared the impact of development on the pristine rocky, woodland property just south of Agoura Hills.
