Los Angeles County will have to wait another month to find out if its case against Anthony Rauda can proceed.
It’s still unclear if Rauda, the man charged with the murder of Tristan Beaudette at Malibu Creek State Park Campground in 2018, is mentally fit to stand trial. The court is waiting for the last of three reports from mental health experts who have spent time examining Rauda.
