A new take on classic love story

Courtesy photoThe California Shakespeare Company will present William Shakespeare’s “Romeo and Juliet” Sept. 2 through 18 at the Hillcrest Center for the Arts, 403 W. Hillcrest Drive, Thousand Oaks.
Performances will take place at 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, and 2 p.m. Sundays. There is no show Sun., Sept. 4.
