There’s an ornate multi-tiered fountain buttressed by roaring lions at Northgate Plaza in the Thousand Oaks portion of Westlake Village. From its top, water pours into three increasingly larger basins to finally spill into an ample tiled pool shaped as a fleur-de-lis.
The fountain does an excellent job at ameliorating the intrusive racket of traffic on Westlake and Thousand Oaks Boulevards.
