A giving thing

On behalf of the multitude of homeless recipients who received blankets, sleeping bags, personal items such as diapers, jackets and hot meals, the Fred Jordan Mission wishes to say thank you.

Without the help of many different entities and individual contributions, the work of the mission could not be continued.

One-hundred percent of all donations and contributions are used for the assistance of the homeless.

No expenditures or expenses are paid from the funds received from you.

Westlake Village Costco manager Rudy Garcia and staff again contributed many turkeys for the holiday meals. Trader Joe’s Agoura Hills manager Jennifer Barnhart and staff provided support in the form of food stuffs along with helping to load and unload the collected items.

Thank you also to the Westlake Village Junior Women’s Club and The Acorn for the adoptions of several local families who were in need of immediate support.
