3 concerts, one orchestra

Westlake Village Symphony will present the following performances this month.

Holiday Wonder Concert will take place at 3 p.m. Sat., Dec. 9 at Samuelson Chapel, Cal Lutheran University, 60 Olsen Drive, Thousand Oaks.

The Los Robles Children’s Choir, accompanied by the chamber musicians of the Westlake Village Symphony, will present a concert of holiday choral music.

Tickets are $20 for adults $20, $15 for students and seniors and $50 for a family pack.

A different Holiday Wonder Concert will start at 7 p.m. Sat., Dec. 9 in the CLU chapel.

The Westlake Village Symphony concert of holiday music will have special guest appearances by Rebecca Beerstein, solo violinist playing the suite from “Fiddler on the Roof”; Yoshika Masuda, cellist; and choral music by the Amadeus and Camarata Choirs of the Los Robles Childrens Choir.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $20 for reserved seating.

A “Messiah” Sing-along will start at 7 p.m. Mon., Dec. 18 at Calvary Community Church, 5495 Via Rocas, Westlake Village

The Westlake Village Symphony will accompany choirs from around the Conejo Valley.

Led by vocal soloists from Pepperdine University and the community, the entire Christmas portion of “Messiah” will be performed, ending with the “Hallelujah Chorus.”
