10,000 teens need permanent homes

According to the Children’s Bureau, there are more than 10,000 youth (14 and older) in out-of-home care in Los Angeles County, many desperately wanting a permanent, safe and loving place to call home. The Children’s Bureau, a licensed private foster care and adoption agency, is seeking those special individuals and families who are willing to bring an older child into their home.
