CHUCK ROGERS/The AcornA 31ST ANNUAL PARADE - Uncle Sam (a.k.a. Randall Harold) leads Brownie Troop No. 983 members Shanesa Fath, left, and Ncoletta LaForgia down the parade route of the Westlake Village Junior Women's Club annual July Fourth parade. Around 900 residents participated in the 31st event that went down Agoura Road from Lakeview Canyon Road to Bennett Park. Celebrants traveled in red, white and blue costumes, using wagons, tricycles and rollerskates.  |
