Shawna Edwards overcame many obstacles to graduate from high school. Her mother's job required that they move from town to town and school to school. In seventh grade alone, Shawna moved three times. At one point, Edwards lived with friends to stay in school and worked full time to support herself. As result, she didn't think she'd graduate, but now she plans on becoming a court reporter.
