HONORED-Samantha Spencer, an eighth-grade student at Los Cerritos Middle School in Thousand Oaks, was named Youth of the Year by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Conejo and Las Virgenes at a special dinner celebration at Tierra Rejada Golf Club on Sun., April 2. A panel of judges selected Samantha for her outstanding service to the club, the community and her family.
