Boys & Girls Clubs welcome new governor

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Conejo Valley has added Barbara Impellizzeri to its board of governors.

Impellizzeri is a manager at PwC, one of the second largest professional services firms in the world, which serves as one of the four leading auditors.

In her position, Impellizzeri specializes in data and analytics for the financial services sector.

Prior to joining PwC, Impellizzeri spent a decade at Bank of America where she was involved with finance, regulatory risk and business controls, process improvement and project management.

Her last position was senior vice president before leaving to join PwC.

Impellizzeri resides in Thousand Oaks with her husband, Jack, and children Sophia and Nicky.

Besides the Boys & Girls Clubs, she is also involved with other nonprofits in the area including Girl Scouts, MATES and the Los Angeles Italian American Golf Association.

For her education, Impellizzeri holds a Bachelor of Science and MBA from Cal State Northridge.
