A thief stole a purse containing $100 in cash and bank cards from a car parked in the 29400 block of Weeping Willow Drive July 31. The culprit later used the cards to make fraudulent purchases.
A resident on United Road reported that someone broke into her home July 29. The victim said she was awakened by noise downstairs. She immediately called authorities, but the culprit, who ransacked several rooms, fled before they arrived.
A shoplifter stole a box of pacifiers worth $5 from a drug store in the 5700 block of Kanan Road.

A burglar stole $5,000 in cash and $8,000 worth of medical marijuana belonging to the owner of an L.A. dispensary Aug. 2. The incident occurred at a home in the 4300 block of Willow Glen Street.
Vandals caused $ 2,600 in damage by spray painting graffiti at Grape Arbor Park in the 5600 block of Parkville Road between July 28 and 29.
