The Las Virgenes-Triunfo Joint Powers Authority will conduct a free public tour of its wastewater treatment and recycling facilities from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sat., Aug. 21 beginning at Las Virgenes Metropolitan Water Department headquarters, 4232 Las Virgenes Road, Calabasas.

Complimentary breakfast, snacks and a light lunch will be provided to participants.

Guests should wear comfortable shoes, as the tour will include stairways and moderate walking.

Participants must be 12 years of age or older. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
