New home for low-cost spay, neuter clinic

PREVENTION—The Herman Bennett Foundation celebrates its grand opening at 94 Camino Ruiz in Camarillo on March 11. In front, Sandra Lozano, director of operations, does the honors with a ceremonial ribbon cutting. The foundation is a private nonprofit organization that provides financial support of low-cost spaying and neutering of pets and educates the public about the need to reduce the overpopulation of cats and dogs in Ventura County.
