A crowning achievement

THERE SHE IS—Carley Ryckman of Westlake Village receives the Miss Santa Barbara County 2010 crown during a pageant on Jan. 23 in Moorpark. Carley graduated from Oaks Christian High School last year and is a freshman at the UC Santa Barbara. She’s the daughter of Judith and Gerald Ryckman.
