T.O. Chamber thinking of holidays
      The Thousand Oaks-Westlake Village Regional Chamber of Commerce will host the Holiday Boutique and Networking Breakfast of Champions on Fri., Nov. 6 from 7 to 9 a.m. at the Los Robles Greens Banquet Center, 299 S. Moorpark Road, Thousand Oaks. Registration and breakfast begin at 6:45 a.m. and an early bird drawing takes place at 7 a.m.
