A peson stole a package containing a pair of $120 receivers from the doorstep of a home in the 4100 block of Defender Drive July 23.

A thief stole a wallet containing $120 in cash and a driver’s license from the counter of a business in the 5600 block of Kanan Road July 23.

A burglar took a $200 portable navigation system from a vehicle parked in the 6000 block of Lake Nadine Place July 24.

A thief stole a $800 flat screen television and a $1,300 laptop computer from a home in the 4100 block of Yankee Drive. The incident occurred July 24.

Someone stole two iPods, a wallet and accessories valued at about $700 from a car parked in the 5900 block of Saint Laurent Drive July 24.

Calabasas

Someone stole a $40 gym bag containing a $200 iPod, $40 pair of shoes, $50 necklace from a car parked in the 4600 block of Park Granada. The July 18 crime also resulted in $500 in damages to the car.

A thief caused $300 in damages to a car parked on Mulholland Highway July 19. They stole a purse containing a $120 wallet, $200 cellphone, $70 in cash and bank cards.

Someone stole a $300 photo camera and a $50 purse from a car parked in the 4700 block of Park Granada July 19.

On July 20, someone caused $2,100 worth of damages spraypainting graffiti in a vacant apartment in the 5700 block of Las Virgenes Road.

Someone stole $3,400 worth of construction tools from a fenced yard in the 4300 block of Park Vicente July 20.

Vandals caused $300 in damages spray-painting graffiti on a wall and bench in the 3800 block of Orchid Lane July 21.

Thieves stole $15,600 worth of jewelry from a home in the 23100 block of Park Contessa Street July 21.

A person, who was walking on Las Virgenes Road July 21, reported being the victim of a strong arm robbery. The culprit stole an iPod from the victim’s hands and then struck him on the nose with a glass bottle before running away. The value of the loss was $150.

Culprits caused $300 in damages throwing raw eggs at walls, windows and doors of a classroom in the 4000 block of Las Virgenes Road July 21.

Persons on July 23 stole a $1,100 DVD player from a business in the 4700 block of Commons Way.

Vandals caused $100 in damages slashing the tire of a Honda minivan parked in the 3900 block of Blackbird Way July 23.

On July 23, someone caused more than $10,000 in damages in a vacant building in the 2400 block of Calabasas Road.

Oak Park

A home was burglarized on July 16 or 17 in the 5800 block of Oak Bend Lane.

A male, 42, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance at 10 p.m. July 22 in the 5500 block of Tan Oak Lane.

Property was stolen from an unlocked vehicle on July 23 or 24 in the 1100 block of Earlham Court. A similar crime occurred on July 23 or 24 in the 100 block of Saint Thomas Drive, and again on July 23 or 24 in the 200 block of Valero Circle.

A male, 21, allegedly stole a loaded pistol from an unlocked vehicle in the 5400 block of Napoleon Drive. The subject, who admitted to police that he and his passenger drove to Oak Park hoping to steal vehicles, was arrested at 12:45 a.m. July 25 at Bromely Drive and Lindero Canyon Road. A 19-year-old male passenger was arrested for conspiracy to commit a crime and theft of a firearm.

For allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and exhibiting a firearm, a female, 65, was arrested at 5:20 p.m. July 24 in the 6800 block of Poppyview Drive.

A vehicle break-in occurred on July 29 or 30 in the 200 block of Saint Thomas Drive. A similar crime occurred on July 29 or 30 in the 500 block of Myrtle Court.

A male, 30, was cited with a loud noise violation at 4:13 a.m. July 26 in the 6600 block of Tamarind Street.

Westlake Village

Thieves stole a $350 boat cover from a boat in the 32100 block of Lindero Canyon Road July 15.

On July 23, someone caused $300 in damages, shattering the window of a car parked in the 30900 block of Russell Ranch Road.

Vandals caused $500 in damages to the rear passenger door of a car parked in the 1300 block of North Country Ranch Road July 26.
