Sherwood Lake to host golf tourney

The HomeAid Los Angeles/ Ventura Golf Classic 2009 will be at the Sherwood Lake Club Wed., July 22.

The event is open to 18 foursomes. Reservations are requested by Fri., July 17.

Cost is $175 per person and $700 per foursome.

Registration will be from noon to 1 p.m., and the shotgun start will be at 1:30 p.m., best ball format.

Tournament results, wine, cheese and crudités will be available at 5:30 p.m. at a private residence.
