Johns Hopkins honors gifted students
SCHOLARS—Above, Ashwin Shinde, Nicholas Billig and Nancy Liu and, left, Devika Chandramohan, all students at Medea Creek Middle School in Oak Park, are honored at a statewide awards ceremony hosted by The Johns Hopkins University Center for Talented Youth. The seventh and eighthgrade students performed exceptionally well on the SAT and ACT tests, the same tests taken by high school students for college admission.
