More locals have names called by MLB Jordan Yallen wasn't the only local athlete to be selected in the Major League Baseball First-Year Player Draft. Three former Agoura High standouts were chosen, including pitcher/catcher Robert Stock (No. 67, St. Louis Cardinals), pitcher Jason Stoffel (No. 117, San Francisco Giants) and catcher Richard Stock (No. 1,366, Milwaukee Brewers).
