      I am a Calabasas resident, and I always do an informal survey of the voluminous amount of shuttle buses that the city of Calabasas operates throughout the city. Pauline Brownell, head of public works for Calabasas, needs to evaluate the ridership of these shuttles.

Commitment makes marriage real
      Kudos to Randy King who beautifully articulated the separation of church and state in last week's Acorn . In our culture, the legality of marriage has been very closely, and unnecessarily, intertwined with religious ceremonies.

Discrimination is unacceptable
      I don't blame The Acorn for publishing letters expressing opinions contrary to mine. America was founded on principles that support differences in thoughts, practices, religions, etc. However, trouble emerges when people seek to segregate others.
