A.C. Stelle students honored

Alice C. Stelle Middle School students were honored at a Las Virgenes Unified School District board meeting last month.

Eric Jensen was recognized for his participation in the All State Junior High Honor Band.

Stelle students placed first in various categories at the county level at State History Day.

•Sarah Brown, Priyanka Dave and Shelby Krause for Group Performance, advancing to state level.

•Hannah Frankl and Yvonne Tarrab for Group Documentary, advancing to the state level.

•Jordan Rozelle for Individual in History Research Paper.

In an essay contest sponsored by the Kiwanis Club: first place—Adam Sudit; second place—Syndey Cassel.
