Subscription drive helps local charity

The Acorn invites you to take part in a newspaper subscription drive for the benefit of Meals on Wheels, a Westlake Village charity that delivers food twice a day to local elderly and disabled residents who are homebound.

Purchase a voluntary one-year subscription to The Acorn for $25 and 40 percent of the amount will be donated to Meals on Wheels.

Please fill out and mail the voluntary subscription form on page 4, or call (818) 7060266 to become an Acorn subscriber and a friend of the charity. Your personal information will be kept confidential.

Please note this voluntary subscription drive only applies to residents already receiving The Acorn.

Free home delivery of the paper will continue every Thursday.
