A vandal caused $100 in damages to a mailbox in the 28300 block of Roadside Drive May 15.

An identity thief tried to purchase prescription medication using a stolen ID at a CVS pharmacy in the 5600 block of Kanan Road May 14.

A crook used a bad check to pay for new tires, rims and installation at a tire shop in the 28110 block of Dorothy Drive April 25. The value of the loss amounted to $2,600.

A resident in the 27500 block of Rondell Street reported being the victim of identity theft sometime between April 20 and 25.

A person in the 29100 block of Oak Creek Lane reported being the victim of identity theft sometime between March 20 and 27.

Calabasas

A thief stole a $50 radar detector and caused $180 in damages, shattering the window of a car parked in the 5440 block of Ruthwood Drive May 16.

A person in the 24600 block of Cordillera Drive reported receiving annoying phone calls May 14. Earlier, on May 6, the resident said the caller left 22 messages.

A vandal caused $1,000 in damages by spray-painting the walls of Calabasas High School in the 22850 block of Mulholland Highway May 13.

Oak Park

A grand theft occurred around 6:40 p.m. May 14 in the 400 block of Tranquil Lane.

A classroom door and a driveway at Medea Creek Middle School were marked with spray paint on May 18 or 19.

Property was stolen from an unlocked vehicle on May 17 or 18 in the 400 block of Burano Court.

Graffiti defaced three Southern California Edison utility boxes on May 16 on Kanan Road, between Golden Eagle Drive and Los Arcos Drive.

Westlake Village

Criminal threats were made by one driver to another at Thousand Oaks Boulevard and Lakeview Canyon Road on May 18.

Vandals caused $200 in damages to a car parked in the 31760 block of West Oak Ranch Court May 16.
