Low-cost spay and neuter clinic opens in Simi Valley
      Valley Veterinary Clinic's charitable nonprofit opened a new low-cost dog and cat spay/neuter clinic last month at 1659 E. Los Angeles Ave., Simi Valley. Residents who need financial assistance to get their dogs and cats spayed or neutered can call for an appointment. The clinic will also offer free spay/ neuter for wild or stray cats.
