•The networking breakfast will be from 7:15 to 8:45 a.m. Thurs., May 14 at Hilton Garden Inn-Calabasas, 24150 Park Sorrento.

The topic is "Establishing and utilizing strategic alliances."

The cost is $15 for members, $18 for first-time visitors.

•The courtyard mixer will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thurs., May 24 at the Chamber courtyard, 23564 Calabasas road.

The event is free for members and $5 for nonmembers.

•The power networking luncheon is from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thurs., May 28 at Calabasas Country Club, 4515 Park Entrada.

The theme is "Thinking outside the box: How to grow your business right now."

The cost is $20 for members, $25 for nonmembers.

•The 14th annual Calabasas wine tasting and silent auction will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Fri., June 5 at Calabasas Civic Center Plaza, 100 Civic Center Way.

Admission is $40.

Company expands

MyLLC.com Inc. says a surge in business due to sales of its popular business book "LLCs for Dummies" has allowed the Westlake Village-based company to expand and relocate to a larger office space at 5176 Corsa Ave. in Westlake.

MyLLC.com is a document filing and business entity formation company.

"Many of our new customers are people that have lost their jobs or needed additional income and are now starting their own companies, and we are proud to be a part of that movement," said Greg Monterrosa, company vice president.

The business was founded in 1998.

The Agoura/Oak PArk/Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce will host a reception at the new offices at 5:30 p.m. Wed., May 20. Guests will include the mayors of Westlake Village and Thousand Oaks.
