Experts will discuss psychological well-being

In collaboration with the American Psychological Association and the YUSA, the Los Angeles County Psychological Association will host "Psychologists in the Community Day" from 10 to 11 a.m. Sat., May 2 at the Agoura Hills/Calabasas Community Center, 27040 Malibu Hills Road, Calabasas.

This free informational talk will look at good mental health practices. Karin Hart, PsyD, a local clinical psychologist, will give a talk titled, "I've got one nerve left, and you're getting on it!"

Attendees will learn tips for coping with stress and ways to promote a healthy mind and body.
