They're stepping up their workouts

Los Robles Hospital welcomes new CEO
      Gregory R. Angle has been named president and chief executive officer of Los Robles Hospital and Medical Center, effective immediately. Prior to accepting this position, Angle served as CEO of Carondelet St. Joseph's Hospital, Tucson, Ariz.

      A Relay for Life team captain meeting will be held at 6 p.m. Tues., April 28 at Goebel Senior Center, 1385 E. Janss Road, Thousand Oaks. The Conejo Valley Relay for Life will be August 29 and 30 at Conejo Creek South Playfields.

Hospice Volunteer Appreciation Day
      Buena Vista Hospice Care Inc. in Westlake Village will recognize more than 30 of its volunteers today, April 23, in celebration of National Volunteer Week. Volunteers will be treated to a boat ride on Westlake Lake from noon to 1 p.m. and lunch at The Landing.
