Book drive will support Wellness Community
      The Wellness Community Valley/Ventura is collecting books to raise funds for its free programs of support and education for people with cancer and their families in the community. New and gently used books can be dropped off between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays until May 10 at The Wellness Community, 530 Hampshire Road, Westlake Village.

      Mothers and More of Conejo Valley will host "The Women's Health and Beauty Celebration" from 7 to 9:30 p.m. Wed., April 29 at the Westlake Village City Hall community room, 31200 E. Oak Crest Drive, Westlake Village. Healthy Living experts and sponsors will give demonstrations and discuss women's health needs.

Lemonade stand a sign of summer
     WENDY PIERRO Acorn Newspapers ENTREPRENEURS— Brothers Tanner and Robbie Feehan, 11 and 10, of Agoura Hills spend one of the last days of spring break at a lemonade stand they ran with friend Max Dorenfeld (not pictured) on April 16. In their first 45 minutes in business, the boys estimate they had made about $5. The boys decided to split the money between the three of them, but hadn't yet decided how to spend it.
