CEO of Villa Esperanza retires after 12 years Villa Esperanza Services CEO Dottie Nelson retired in March following 12 years on the job. Villa Esperanza is a Pasadenabased nonprofit organization offering services for individuals with disabilities and their families. It has satellite offices in Westlake Village and Thousand Oaks. The organization's chief operating officer Kelly White took the position of CEO on April 1. She has been with the organization for 12 years and previously worked as a service coordinator at Lanterman Regional Center. Villa grew from a $3 million organization to a $10 million Center of Excellence while Nelson was CEO.
